Journey maps are an amazing communication tool between Stakeholders, Designers, and Developers. They can clearly communicate workflows, and allow for branching conversations about requirements. It's not uncommon for me to work in tandem with a BA to outline more complex Journeys.
- It's important to remember that these are flows, they can be as simple as a screen flow (shown here) or bring in a variety of complex user interactions for documentation.
- These are also a great tool for identifying wins, opportunities, and pain points as you work through them with your team. Areas of focus can easily be highlighted.
