Portfolio Mission Statement

To overcome the challenges posed by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), my mission is to creatively communicate my expertise, design style, and credibility, ensuring an impactful representation of my skills and attracting prospective clients.

Through innovative strategies and sense of curiousity and play, I aim to showcase my capabilities effectively despite the limitations, establishing a compelling online portfolio.

Problem Statement Approach

Clear Problem Statments are the foundation of any successful engagement.

They can take many shapes and forms, but at their core, the purpose is to get everyone on the room to agree what we're working on before pencil ever touches paper.

Often in large companies, you'll see lots of stakeholders with competing priorities all angling to specify what exactly they want to have built.

While Mission and Vision statements can help with with these discussions, crafting those is nearly impossible if everyone in the room can't agree on what the problem actually is.

Bringing the stakeholders together for an hour or so to tear down a Problem Statement and build it back up can save countless hours of debate in future design meetings.

Mission Statement Approach

Once the Problem Statment is established, the Mission Statement becomes the rallying cry for the team. It should be a clear and engaging call to action for all teams involved.

When we get too far in to the weeds, when the details become too overwhelming to make decisions, the Mission Statement is thing we can point back to and say, 'whatever the proposed solution is, is it serving this need?
